After three awesome spring days when I was able to cook outside the predictions were for showers today, so by one o'clock this afternoon I had the crockpot loaded and heating up. The Stuffed Peppers came out great!
Grilled Porkchops and Asparagas.
I like to experiment with the McCormick Grillmates Seasonings and I went with the Roasted Garlic And Herb today. I took the chops out of the fridge this morning and put that stuff on like I was trying to hide them. When I grilled them later they were excellent!
