After three awesome spring days when I was able to cook outside the predictions were for showers today, so by one o'clock this afternoon I had the crockpot loaded and heating up. The Stuffed Peppers came out great!

Couldnt trust the weather again so I fried up some cubed pork steaks. Carrots and corn fritters were excellent side dishes.

Got home before the wife so I did steaks on the grill, with baked potatoes and stir fry veggies.
Even ate outside was a great evening hopefully seasonal weather will be a daily occurrence.

Grilled Porkchops and Asparagas.
I like to experiment with the McCormick Grillmates Seasonings and I went with the Roasted Garlic And Herb today. I took the chops out of the fridge this morning and put that stuff on like I was trying to hide them. When I grilled them later they were excellent!
