Venison Spiedie Sauce

Hi fella's it's getting to be that time of year I'll do more cooking on the grill while enjoying a cold beer. So here's one of my favorite recipes for venison, give it a try.

2 lbs.of venison cubed
1/2 c.vegetable oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1c. soy sauce
6 cloves garlic diced
2 Tblsp. molasses
2 tsp. tenderizer
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. ground ginger
Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl and put in fridge for at least 2 days. Give it a stir 2 times a day and on the 3rd day enjoy. I usually make a little extra sauce for when I cook the meat I put some vegetables and shrimp on the skewer and brush the sauce over everything on the skewer.
