Do you guys always use one ? I was thinking about this the other day while grilling some deer burgers and realized I hardly ever do. Be it chicken, fish, pork or beef it's always been the eye test for me and maybe a texture feel with a fork or spatula. I did smoke a couple pork butts over the weekend and checked the temps on them but that's about all I ever use a meat thermometer for.
Just curious if you guys are like me or do check the temps on all the fish, poultry , pork , and beef that you cook ?
