Coffee Brined Venison Backstrap

I brined a venison backstrap in maple coffee then did a coffee-garlic rub and seared it on the grill. what came out was pure awesome. I wrote up the recipe. Check it out and let me know what you think.

Hmmmm, venison loin and coffee. Two of my favorite things, can't see how that wouldn't be delicious.
