I did a basic salt, brown sugar and mix of spices from the cabinet brine. I don't think I brined long enough as only about a hour or so but was pushed for time due to a unexpected better half issue.
Smoked at around 200 but that was to hot for sure but I didn't have time to use the little chief.
Final opinion was they were alright. Nothing really to go crazy for but it wasn't my best effort so I am not done trying them.
