Wing Night

My wife decided she was hungry for some wings tonight, so I threw a few pounds of them on the grill and cooked and them up.

It's the only way I really care for wings other than fried. Sauce is hot BBQ.

Re: Wing Night

I thrown in a little applewood and it really gives them a great flavor.

Re: Wing Night

Those look really good. I like the flappers better than the drums.

Re: Wing Night

I cook with lump charcoal, so I rarely ever add wood for flavor, but if I do add any wood it is usually cherry or pecan.......

I also like the flats myself, I dont particularly care for the drums either, I will eat them but I would rather have the flats

Glad to see another Cold Snap fan! I'm a huge Sam Adams fan and it's my favorite of them all. Sad to see it gone for the year now, but the Summer Ale is a fine replacement.
