Re: STEAK MARINADE?

Mix up some regular old beef broth or beef marinade. Mix in 2 parts Montreal seasoning to 1 part crushed red pepper seeds or adjust to your taste preferences. ( the crushed red pepper can get a little warm)

Marinade for 48 hours.

I have had good results with this one.

<span style="text-decoration: underline">Spicy Marinade</span>

1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup white wine
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground coriander
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Combine all ingredients. Heat to boiling stirring often. Cool before using.

Marinate meat no less than 30 minutes.

Re: STEAK MARINADE?

I dry rub everything. For steak I slather in Frank's Red Hot to let the spices stick. Garlic & onion powder, cayenne & black pepper, salt... Anything else you want. Let it sit for a while.

Man, now my bologna sandwich isn't going down so good.

Remember, shoot straight and shoot often.
