Pretty easy to do ribs and hard to mess 'em up.
Baby Backs have great flavor.
-Dry rub. Nothing special. Use what you like.
-Smoke for 3-4 hours. I like Apple wood for Pork. Use wood you like. Cherry, Hickory, Sassafras and so on.
-After smoking, wrap ribs in foil. Add butter & brown sugar in foil.
-Place foiled ribs on 225-250 degrees heat for one hour.
-After one hour, remove ribs from foil.
-Place back on same heat. Brush BBQ sauce every 10 minutes for 30 minutes.
-After 30 minutes, take off grill. Let rest for 30 minutes.
