I’m thinking for the money you can’t go wrong, I bought one last year to replace my Parker. Wanted something smaller to use in tight shooting spots for Eastern Shore Sika deer. Shoots tight groups and pretty quiet.. good luck
My buddy got one last year. Limb snapped after about 15 shots but they sent him a new front end in 10 days, so the customer service was good. Still it was during hunting season and he had to go buy another crossbow or sit out the first couple of weeks. It now shoots really well and isn't to heavy. It is loud and pretty hard to cock
I just picked up a Boss 405 for my son. Shot it a few times at the shop where we bought it and then again once we got home. Seems like a nice setup, still need to dial it in but I think it’s gonna be decent
I shoot victory x bolts. 20 inch with brass inserts, 100 gr slick tricks, weigh in at 420 grains.
Great arrows.
Good luck, Stant
