Re: posting pics.

I wish we could load pictures directly to HPA. Photo-bucket is slow, has tons of pop-ups and questionable advertising, and is often down.

On other outdoor sites I visit, I can just browse the photos on my computer or phone and load them directly to the site once they are properly down-sized. It's a great feature. I don't know if that is available with this format?

Eh...wot?

Re: posting pics.

It would be greatly helpful if we could post pics and videos strait onto this site... photobucket is a hassle that keeps atleast some from ever posting.

Re: posting pics.

I agree. I no longer post pics to this site that weren't already stored in my photobucket account and I no longer add new pics to photobucket.

A properly sized upload from your computer (or phone) direct to a site takes a few seconds vs. several minutes using photobucket. That's if it's working, virus free and moving faster than a snail's pace that day.

I've had similar, negative experiences with other photo-hosting sites too. It just isn't worth the hassle when the technology exists to eliminate that unnecessary step.

Eh...wot?

Re: posting pics.

Thanks for posting this subject guys . I used to be a very active pic poster on other sites . HPA is my favorite site , but I refuse to go through the PhotoBucket hassle to post pics here . Sure wish they would switch to a Copy & Paste type setup here .

Re: posting pics.

I agree. I'd like to post a few pictures but using Photobucket is not worth the effort. Copy and paste in 2017.

Re: posting pics.

Any progress on making this site copy and paste? would sure make things easier when posting "on the hunt" posts
