Facebook page?

Maybe this had been brought up before but I know many message boards are suffering from low traffic. The reason is that Facebook groups are so much more convenient. I was just realizing that I havent been on here hardly at all lately and the reason is that I get all the huntingand fishing I can handle just scrolling through my news feed. Some groups are great and some not so much (poor administration) but as great as the HPA family is I think a closed Facebook group would be a great and convenient way to also share the HPA family via a difft outlet. We could have a closed group (requests to join approved by admin) that would require being a registered member on the website first. Just an idea and observation as I see less and.less traffic on message boards and.more and more facebook groups . I think this is the trend of the future.

Re: Facebook page?

I would just suggest that whomever admins the FB page to really make an effort to grow that extension of HPA. I didn't see many posts in comparison to other outdoors pages. Has the site seen a decline in traffic in the last couple of years as the facebook groups have exploded?

Re: Facebook page?

actually the boards here are holding strong. I started the FB page a few years back and it was hot for a few days, but those users slowly but surely came here. I would like to see it much more active but I honestly don't have the time to work with it anymore.

Re: Facebook page?

Message boards and forums are my facebook. I don't even have an account.

Re: Facebook page?

I post all of my photos on Facebook. Is there any way that would allow linking of the photos posted on Facebook to the HPA forums? It really is a bother to upload photos to 2 different hosting places.

Re: Facebook page?

So the hunting Pennsylvania fb page isn't from here? I figured it was.

Fb makes it very easy to communicate in today's world. I was dead set against it, until I opened an account. I would argue that todays people are the center of what is bad. It is just relayed through social media. I have found a lot more good out of fb than bad.

Don't you mean Caitlyn Jenner? You must need an update because you are way behind. She or he hasn't been Bruce for a while.
