Delete or remove myself from this topic?

Does it matter which one is chosen?I usually just delete.Was wonderin if one or the other gets stored in cookies or something?

Ok, remove yourself from the topic I believe saves a copy of the PM in your inbox just in case you need to reference it but ends the conversation. In other words, the other people in the PM can't continue to contact you via that particular PM.

Deleting does that and deletes your copy.

How do I go about retrieving one that I removed my self from?

It should still be there. They are only deleted if you delete them.
