Good taxidermist in Westmoreland or Butler County

Hi all,

I am looking for a good taxidermist (good work yet reasonable) for a few projects.

Project one is the restoration of a bluegill mount from the 1960s. It was my father's and has sentimental value. I know it isn't worth much but I want to have it restored to what it once was.

Project two is a head mount for a whitetail buck.

Would love to hear your suggestions! Thanks in advance.

I've used Razza's, Acme Taxidermy and Lenny Maday in Homer City. Happy with all of them

Dave Dillon is the best. (IMO) He can work wonders with that restoration project!

I took a buck to him a few years back that was complete dog poo from a another taxidermist and Dave made it look amazing!

He has some before and after pics at his shop of some other projects, the guy flat out does great work.

Agreed. I have seen some before and after restoration stuff from Dave! Not to mention either that the guy is just pretty cool to be around in general!

Top Notch, even my kids like going up there
