Hate to tell you, but you are breaking the law but taking that skull home with you. Unless of course, you reported it to the PGC and paid 10 bucks a point. If not, you are in violation.

I am not 100% sure, but you may want to look into the regulations on keeping that since the horns arent naturally shed.

regardless of what the other guys posted about "its against the law" ...

if the horns are bleached white...you can't get the natural color back...just clean it up the best you can..but as far as color it will look bleached white

I messed around with a shed antler once by using a wood stain, looked pretty good...

Rub some blood on bleached antlers. The longer they set the better the look. I use small game blood, sounds weird but it works.
