Question Skull Covers

I want to display a bunch of horns and have the plaques so just need some of the plastic skull covers. Any insight where I can get them?

We always used red or green felt and brass upholstery tacks? Way back my Dad used leather with the tacks.

Igo to the craft store and buy modeling clay.I mount the horns on the plaque and work the clay around the skull cap. It is very easy to work with and can be worked to a smooth finish with a wet spoon. It takes about a day to harden and then I paint it . Looks great when finished.
