Wildlife Gallery in Michigan handles all of mine with no problems. Africa, South America, Australia and New Zealand and the tans are hard to beat.

Re: Broker??

Depends on where, what, and how they are coming from and where you live to come up with the best answer. You need to choose a broker that operates at your port of entry. No matter the answer you can always do it yourself if you live convienently close to an entry port, you can personally clear it through customs, USFW, and USDA. Easy if driving from Canada or Mexico. I've also hand carried on flights from asia and you just set it up in advance to have an appointment with USFW and USDA when you arrive at customs (but this has to be at a port of entry). Or again if conveniently close you can meet your shipment and clear it through the 3 agencies yourself within a day.

I'm not close to any ports so I've used a few but mostly coppersmith out of their ny port office. I prefer to have coppersmith ship directly to me although on some species from some countries it can only be received by a usda approved taxidermist. There is one I use near me to receive those items. He charges $50/animal to release them to me.

Coppersmith site has a fair amount of general info:

These are your port choices.

Thanks so much guys! Thanks for the links. Time to keep doing my research, luckily I still have 9 months before trip, just crossing all my T's.
