some skulls i have did with my beetles

like to show off just a few skulls i haqve did.open off my skull cleaning business back 7 months ago along with my taxidermy license and everything is doing great.love to here the in put in what ever buddy thinks of them!my goal is to do 1st class work but keep it at an affortable price

Welcome to the site . Nice clean job on those skulls. What is the turnaround time for a typical deer job ? My next one is going that route .

Enjoy each day afield as if it were your last.....take the time to take it all in !

yeah i told the wife she could do whatever she wanted for the wedding but i wanted camo vest!lol.Finn turn around time all depends on what i have at the time but for white tails i try my best to get them back in around a month!

Welcome to the forum!

As this is a taxidermy forum where we come for suggestions, compliments and constructive criticism, I would like to offer a suggestion. Spend a little more time degreasing bear. The one in the pic is heading in the right direction. With my process, it would take another 3 weeks to a month to come out nicely. Once you can achieve a good finished product on a bear, you've got the rest of em without problem. Only other ones that give trouble are boar. I can't quite tell from the pics, were you able to keep the nasal bones intact on the skulls?

that was the first bear i did.but yeah bear are alittle harder to degrease and i am doing boar now!not sure what you mean about nasal bones?the paret on the out side or whats up in the inside of the nasal?

when i'm done tha is all still in there,but me personally i think it looks better if you take all that out!if costumer wants it left in that fine too!
