fleshing machine help

I picked up this old fleshing machine, wondering if anyone with more experience can help me with a couple things!

First off any idea of a brand or what it might be? The blade is beat on it and I've found replacements but just curious to know a model etc.

2nd how the heck do I get the blade off? I've started to disassemble to clean and repaint there was an orange cover that went over the main housing in the middle thats open, then a blade guard and more covers over the actual blade itself. I got all the bolts out, including the 4 that hold the aluminum brackets to the blade, but I can't get it to budge. I'm assuming its just sandwiched between those 2 aluminum pieces, but I can't quite figure how its actually attached to the driveshaft. Theres no collar or set screw holding anything on, and also nothing on the end of the shaft. Just hoping someone might know more than me on it!

If that is a can of Blaster in the picture then spray it and keep spraying it. Bang it and spray it Blaster is the best stuff I ever used. If it isn't Blaster and just the spray lube then buy Blaster made by the same company.
