Is Steve Prowells taxidermist still in business?

Reason I ask is I dropped my 10 yr olds first buck off the 2nd week of rifle for a euro mount and he said 2-3 weeks ( he boils them so no blame for bug guy) 3 phone messages later and no return call and now tonight I run into a buddy of mine at his pizza shop he owns and asks if we got the boys deer back,no why? he has 2 there also and has called no response. I know I have to get a day free to run back to his shop and get them whether there done or not the kid got to hold his antlers for a day and hasn't seen them since,just wondering if anybody has heard anything? And on a side note the kid got his first turkey on the youth opener,guess who didn't get to do the tail mount? Randy Kuntz from here did it and we have it back already.

I think his father recently died. He is still open as far as I know. He is often on the slow side to get back to me...but I emphasize no hurry and I don't mind waiting.

i ran into him the other day..he was asking about some skulls for dipping...i assume he is still working...but notoriously slow from what i heard

Come and try to take my guns!.you might meet my precious metal collection!
