Elk shed mounting options

the friend we were elk hunting with sent back a nice set of sheds along with our heads for my 8 yo son. Looking for options on how i might mount them for him.

We are having our bulls "euro" mounted.

Perhaps i could find a decent "repro" skull to mount them to, or some kind of plaque with a mount for the sheds?

seems like somethings missing on the lower half. where are the teeth?

How does one cut the square peg holes in the antler bases?
