how long can you keep ducks frozen before mounting

I;ve had them in the freezer now 3 years or so, would it still be possible to have the mounted? Do they get freezer burn? Does the quality of the mount suffer if frozen too long?

Three years is cutting it close. if stored properly they shouldnt freezer burn to bad but some taxidermist may not want to take on a bird thats been frozen for three years
