I had a pair of Steiner predator binos that the ring came loose on the one objective and they fogged up. I contacted them, got a return authorization number, paid for return shipping, shipped the binos and got a new pair in 4 days.
I had my initials engraved on my old pair and the new pair had a different serial number. I just wanted to share my experience with a company that stands behind their prouct.
