Re: Camo Fire

I have signed up to receive text messages with each new product and so far with the exception of one item I would have been able to get what I wanted

almost pulled the strings on a pair SITKA DOWNPOUR PANTS but after reading some reviews I'm gonna pass

Re: Camo Fire

I have ordered from there. Got a great deal on a spotlight the one morning, paid $10 for a $50 light, BUT they charged me $11 for shipping, which I thought was pretty extreme. I guess it depends on how bad you want the item at that exact moment!

Re: Camo Fire

I agree it wasn't bad, but the initial "WOW" went away when the shipping was more than the item price! Keep an eye on it, there are some really good deals at time.

Re: Camo Fire

Just curious but is it an auction site like Ebay, only sporting goods, and what type of gear do they have?

Re: Camo Fire

no, they give an item and a price.......when they are sold out, they put up a new item at a discount price. They have a wide variety of items from clothing to optics, but they definitely flood their site with Sitka gear pretty much every day.

Re: Camo Fire

Shipping charge sounds like some of it going to profit, unless it's expedited delivery?

I've ordered tractor parts online for some time and never paid any more than that, for a package that weighed about 8 or 10lbs. Just ordered a PTO part and some ignition parts last week and the shipping ran to $8 on a 5lb. order, with 4 day delivery time. $8 is their minimum shipping charge.

Agree. I'd rather a site be completely up front( not an accusation), especially if they plan to keep my business.
