How is Bushnell on thier repairs?

I have a nice led flashlite that I dropped and I want to send it in to get repaired. Anyone had any dealings with thier repair department?

Sent a scope back this fall and got it back in 19 days from the day I sent it. Not too bad,I've heard others complain about them though.

Alrighty then!

Re: How is Bushnell on thier repairs?

Contacted them by way of email on repairing an old Scope. Early 70's Banner. Was told to send them the Scope and see what they could do. I sent a letter and the scope to them. Within 2 Days I got a return call and said that being the age of the scope they would not repair it. I did however recieve a chance to purchase a new Banner at a greatly reduced price. (Less than half the price of a new one.) which I did and was very happy, especially getting it back in another 3 days. 1 Week turnaround time.

Re: How is Bushnell on thier repairs?

I have had one of their Elite rifle scopes for 8-10 years and 2 years ago I sent it back to get repurged with nitrogen after the orings dryrotted and allowed my scope to fog up during a hunt. I sent them 10.00 and my scope and got it back a few weeks later with all kinds of info on how to properly mount scopes and all kinds of stuff. I had a fantastic experience with them and their products while afield.

I often wonder,Why do people get mad, when you tell them the truth?

Visit their website. I think you have to find out how to send stuff back for repair. They have a return paper you have to fill out I think.
