British Millerain Wax

I bought some of this wax at cabelas today. I have used snowseal in the past on leather boots and it would last about 3 or 4 small game hunting trips and then wear off. This wax is heavier and should stay on longer. Anyone ever try this wax ?

Re: British Millerain Wax

Never tried it. can only find applications on fabric materials
for the wax and no mention on leather. I use Obenauf's leather oil, it has Bees wax in it, seems to work well on dry leather, soaking it up quickly.
