Looked at them but went with pendleton wool ...much better quality.

Really? I thought Filson was supposed to be good quality. What was wrong with the Filson wool?

I don't know of Pendleton but I'll look it up. I was looking at Beagle wear too. Thanks

you get what you pay for....i have never had the money to get outerwear....

the trapper pullover is all i have ever worn and it's ten times better then anything i have ever tried. the double mackinaw is a good filson garment though.

I hear they are top shelf. i bought a pendleton wool outfitters parka several years ago & its of outstanding quality. It wasnt cheap either..
