I think the duty to inform and signage having the weight of law are the 2 biggest differences you'll encounter between PA and Ohio ........ also if carrying in an establishment that serves booze , it depends on how that place is licensed ..... but I never dived that deep into that aspect of it.
As I understand it , in my non-lawyer voice ..... if a private place , business is posted with the no firearms signs in Ohio .... and you do carry there anyhow ..... you can be charged with a crime.
In PA , you can not ..... although if asked to leave and you don't .... there can be charges pertaining to that.
So, bohunr, if I decide to have a beer or wine with dinner, when out with family, I'm irresponsible if I also carry to protect me, mine and those around me? Interesting take on that.
just saying if you do have that drink and have to use your gun. it opens up an entire can of worms that should have been left closed. liability and judgement becomes a huge issue.
