Nightblaster. sad but true, funny too. if passed and it`s a crime ,then kids can`t play cops and robbers and cowboys and Indians. it`s terrible being a kid these days.

it passed and was upheld by the PA appellate court, when the guy who was charged, appealed.

[QUOTE=Pa. Slim;3604111 red flag laws are utterly dumb because if you make a neighbor or a family member mad and they call the police, they can come and take your firearms and possibly have you arrested.[/QUOTE]

That is why democrat politicians favor that law. That is catch all to remove firearms from every citizen.Ever argued with anyone?Say they are emotionally upset and think you are the cause,a quick call to the police and they just got even.Next day they say I'm sorry but it might cost thousands of dollars to get your guns back if ever. Also now you are flagged, try to buy a gun, goes into research, because of the flag. Can you get the gun?Depends if a government employee actually did the job they were paid to do after you spent thousands of dollars. The problem with a red flag law is no vetting or responsibility for the accuser. What is in the red flag law for false accusers?

No red flag laws. We already saw how they would play out with Beto alerting the fbi about peoples tweets.

If he got a concealed carry permit he could keep his hands in his pocket. Problem solved.
