Does anyone know where I can buy a extra piece of foam for this gun case?

Freezer full yet?

Re: Pelican gun case

Hi Smitty:
Just an idea. The foam eggshell mattress covers kinda look like the same foam that you get in many of the hard shell guncases. I dont know if the tickness is the same or not, or if u can buy them in different thicknesses. Also the color would be cream instead of grey.

Definately shop around on the net.
When I bought my Pelican gun case it came out of California and was quite cheaper than I could buy one around here.

Re: Pelican gun case

Some of the fabric shops sell egg crate foam in various sizes and thicknesses. Bound to be cheaper than those prices?

Re: Pelican gun case

You pay for the density of the Pelican foam.
And buy a good case for the protection of your gear.
Only case I have ever owned that stood up to the airlines baggage handling.

Re: Pelican gun case

I think this will work. You may have to put two pieces together and do a little trimming.
