Just got one and wondering any suggestions on holster and ammo. Want a holster for consealment prob something inside the belt maybe small of back

Stay away from Small of the back holsters. Look at Comp Tac, Crossbreed for a quality IWB holster. Federal HST ammo is excellent carry ammo, and in .40 cal, I'm not too sure there's a bad load. Just some better than others.

Another vote for Crossbreed. I have a S.O.B. that I used to wear. Not the best, but worked for the time I needed it for certain reasons. Not an everyday carry holster. I carry my 23 with Hydrashoks

I have a crossbread in horsehide for a Kimber Ultra in 45acp. I don't even know it's there.
