I had one. Wasn't a good gun for me. Constantly jammed. I sold it for $100 and was glad it was gone. Maybe I just had a bad one, I dunno. I bought a lever action Marlin Model 39AS that I like much better.

I just received my 572, now am looking to scope it. I am thinking of putting a Nikon 2-7x32 on it. Any thoughts or suggestions?

I've been waiting and holding out to find a new BDL 572 Fieldmaster myself. Good to see you found one. You'll do great with that scope combination on it if that's the route you choose.
