Accurate factory round for 300 win mag

Looking for an accurate factory round for my 300 win mag
Thompson Pro Hunter rifle.The area i hunt has ranges any were from 100yrds or longer Can anyone help? Thanks

All guns are unique as to what they like and don't like. The only way to know what yours likes is to try several different brands. Expensive.....but that is what it takes.

Owned a 700 in 300 Winnie & it loved the Hornady Custom Ammo in 180 grain Interlocks.

my rem 700 loves the federal blue box stuff in both 150 and 180 gr

Like was said it depends what the gun favors....and can get expensive trying different ammo.....

Only gun i really shot factory ammo in was my 3006...it loved power points and hornady sst loads...

When I brought my pro-hunter in .30-06 several years ago it took me a small fortune until I found what it liked. Federal premium accubond 180 gr. is what I went with. It shoots them extremely well!

blu box federals or fusions are what we just tried in my brothers model 70 .300 win mag. My dad shot a bear in newfoundland last night with the fusions. but u might need to try them all we also got good groups out of hornady sst's. u might need to by a box of each before u decide on which one you like. also depends on what kind of animals u plan on shooting if ur just shooting deer and bear then any of those loads. Remington winchester hornady or federal will work and are all around the same price
