Re: BARNES BULLETS

There's lots of people using Barnes bullets, they have quite a following. They are really good! They penetrate like crazy, retain their weight, and are pretty accurate! Good luck!

Re: BARNES BULLETS

Cant say enough good things about barnes bullets. From the 85 gr in my 243 to the 180 gr in my 30-06, absolutly devastating results. Hit behind the shoulder, get a pass through everything inside is jellied. Hit the shoulder, shattered, and down right there! You wont be dissapointed, believe me. Accuracy is really good even with factory federal premium loads which i use. So if you are a handloader the skys the limit there.

Re: BARNES BULLETS

I shoot the Federal ammo with the Barnes bullet in my 7mm-08. Very accurate and deer are dead right there! Also, shooting Barnes bullets in my inline rifle, no shot at deer yet, but they are super accurate as well!

Bigfoot saw me but nobody believes him!

Re: BARNES BULLETS

I killed a buck this year w/ 85gr Barnes bullets....The chest cavity was jellyed from the shock of the bullet...

The doe was DRT and her chest cavity wasn't pretty, either..

Saw enough damage & improved accuracy to KNOW that Barnes are the real deal in my rifles.....
