Need Advise Bushnell Trophy XLT 3-9X40 Bone Collec

Good Morning. I need a new scope for my 760 30-06. They have these on sale for about 1/2 price tomorrow. The mother in law is looking for a Christmas gift for me. Does anyone have any reviews? The only review that I saw complained about eye relief. And it was the only review. Not sure if it was an install issue or not, but I do not want to get scoped by the 06.

Happy Thansgiving!!

They make a great scope for the price, I've had a few on rifles and sell them in my store as well. They are a good scope for the money and I don't think you'll be upset with your purchase. As far as eye relief I They are listed at 4 inches which if mounted properly gives you plenty of room to keep the scope from giving you a temporary tattoo above your eye. Good luck and let me know if you need anything else.

All depends on what you want to spend. Just remember you get what you pay for when it comes to optics. Bushnell also makes a higher quality scope, the Elite 4200. You can still get good deals on their 3200 as well.
I stick with Leupold scopes on all my rifles.
On a side note I'm not a big fan of Michael Waddell. I think he has over commercialized the "bone collector" stuff. I see it on more products that you can imagine. You are paying more for the logo most of the time. IMO.

Hi, stick with leupold or nikon, they stand by there scopes, Bushnell has no warantee to speak of, I got burnt on one of there 3200 elites, I had the scope 1 day and the eye piece lens popped out on the 3rd shot, sent it back and they wanted $70 bucks to fix it. I took it back to Gander mnt. where I got it, after screwin around with Bushnell for 2 1/2 months and they refunded my money, I bought a Leupold then...

Personally I would get a redfield. You can pick up a 3-9X40 for around $150. They are a great scope at a great price.

You can't get em from the couch.

I'm about to pull the trigger on a Bushnell elite 4-16 DOA. I've yet to see a bad review about the "Elite" series.

The elites are great scopes for the money.
