http://www.members.tripod.com/sed88/rem7/ here is a link that has some good loads listed for the handloader. I used this info as a starting place for my 7MM08 and ended up very close to what was listed for the moose load.

Using older model 7 140 gr nosler bal tip 40.0 grs 4064 will touch holes all day.
