Ruger .357?

I was recently offered a deal on a Ruger .357 Model 161. He is throwing in a leather holster and 3 boxes of ammo too. He offered it to me at $400. Looking online it looks like a good deal but I thought I would see what you guy think?

Re: Ruger .357?

Looks very similar to my GP100 that I paid $550 a couple years ago new. I have hogue grips on mine though. The wood inserts are the older style. Should work fine. I love my gun.

Re: Ruger .357?

Thinking the same thing...looks like my GP100 only mine is stainless. Love the look of the heavy barrel. $400 for the package seems like a great deal to me.

Looks good, I paid $350 for a used 6" GP100 (gun only) 6 years ago.
