rifle Shipping Box

I have to send my X-bolt back to Browning to have the Dura-touch stock replaced. (Turns-out, it wasn't so 'Dura')
The UPS site said something about containing everything in a cardboard box. I'm going to ship it inside a gun case. Is there any source for an applicable box that you could recommend?

Thanks

Syl

How long of a box do you need? I have a box that I had a bow shipped to me, it`s 43-1/2" long and 14-1/2" wide, you can have it PM me if you can use it?

Just an FYI

I had sent my model 70 back to Winchester for a synthetic stock that changed zero with the temperature. Was ordered with the bedding block, but didnt come through with it.

The rifle, a .243, was capable of 5/8inch @ 100yds, just too soft a stock, but Winchester saw a "need" to replace my barrel, (under warranty), with one that has never been capable of anything better than 1 1/2>2inches @ 100yds. They did replace the stock with a beautiful laminate thats great, but refused to put my old barrel back. (meets accuracy standard) Only Winchester I will ever own because of it. (browning is same company)

Be careful

if its just the stock why send the whole rifle just box up the stock an ship it out they will prob just replace the stock in general
its not like the bed every one to the action.

I sent my Browning White Gold medallion back to browning to be refinished , had my original box plus got a plain cardboard box to ship it back in. They replaced the stock with a new on, no charge, Can't beat a company like that.

Check a local gun shop, they should have a box to send it back in.

OK, thanks. A rifle doesn't have what you could call a conventional packing/mailing box size and shape, so I didn't know who would have something like that.
Thanks for the helpful reply.
