I have never paid 45 for a transfer , but in my eyes that gun for around $400.00 is a good deal. And what some gunsmith they turning it into a 200 yard two inch group rifle that’s impressive in my book.

If I harvest a bear this fall will show a pic like I said before this is my nasty terrain bear driving gun. When on post the 45/70 might show up or my 35 whelen or even my 338 mag bear hunter loaded with buffalo bore ammo. Or even my trusty 12 gauge with light fields.

Shot straight be safe

I have it and it is a great gun. Legal in alot of states like Ohio that now allow straight walled rifle cartridges in gun season. The muzzle break does make it loud. Daughter shot a doe at 175 yards last year and it dropped like a rock

I paid $369 at a local shop. At the time he had 15 in stock and said he couldn't keep them on the shelves. We border Ohio so guys from Pa who hunt there, and guys from the neighboring areas in Ohio were gobbling them up.
