Have read some about that 300 Blackout but not all familiar. What do you plan to hunt with it?

Well, I had a Ruger American Rifle in 300 BLK, but I gave that to my brother in law for Christmas since he liked it so much. I killed one doe last year with the 300, a suppressor and subsonic ammo. I did tons of research and handload development to fully trust hunting with subsonic ammo. I learned one thing, if your hunting with subsonics, your practically bow hunting with a rifle and keep your shots under 75 yards. I use Maker T-rex 200 or 220 gr bullets for all of my sub hunting. With supersonics, I use 110 gr Maker T-Rex or Barnes 110 gr Tac-x bullets, then I can reach out to 300 and knock them down. Since I hunt in the woods, and my shots are really 60 or less, I am predominantly hunting with subs.

Very nice! It's nice to be able to work a caliber to it's full spectrum of use.

Can't beat MGM barrels on an Encore. Great looking rifle. I'll bet the deer won't like it 😉 !
