Wrong choice ?

Who ever would admit to buying the wrong gun ?
All you hear is I bought this gun and love it !
I have over the years have bought a few that I hated and got rid of and some I have lost money on just to go get something else ? It has been more than a few to be honest !

Yeah I've had some I kept for one season and sold or swapped. A few just didn't fit well. Some I just decided weren't for me after all.

Listen, or your tongue will make you deaf.

Oh my yes!
Win Mod 70 Featherweight .223.
Springfield Armory XDS .40.
Tri Star 12 ga SXS.
Yugo Mod 48 8 mm.
Walther 380. kurtz.
Ruger .22 pistol (can't recall mod).

These are the ones I remember off the top of my head. There are others but I would rather stop this now before I get depressed enough to crack the Jack Daniels so early in the day.

A model 94 30-30 made in the late 90s. I love Winchester but that rifle was just plain trash. Would not hold a 3” group at 50 yards and it hated ejecting unfired rounds.

I hinted and hinted and hinted to my wife about buying a gorgeous Browning A500 shotgun. The wood on it was magnificent with a high gloss coating over it.
I tried to small game hunt with it 3 or 4 times but found myself tucking the stocks under my vest as I was going through any underbrush or stickers.. I just could not bear the thoughts of scratching the wood up.

Finally I told her that I was trading it in on a gun that I would not be afraid to use.
I got a Rem700 BDL in 7mm Mag, lolololol.

Our forefathers didn't bury their guns. They buried those that tried to take them.

A NEF single shot 12 gauge shotgun I bought for my son when he was 12. That gun kicked so hard I didnít want to shoot it.

Remington M887. Complete hunk of trash. It would fire when closing the action. It went back for repairs but did it again. They actually made good though and bought it back prior to them recalling the gun.
Pahack likes this.
