Grice gun shop never again

So back in late December I put a deposit on one of their remingtion 35 Whelen carbines . Around February got a letter that gun has arrived . April 5 I paid gun off and my ffl fax over his paper to have gunshipped to north jersey. I am about 8 hours away from grice gun store ,so after they lost my ffl dealer paperwork I had to have my ffl re send it a second time .so I am hoping gun arrives tom. Sorry but it should not take twenty days to ship a gun when I only 8 hours away. And the biggest insult is I being charged 30 bucks for shipping. In twenty days I could have walked their and back. Never again truly disspointed

I shop at grices, but you have to check prices for good deals and specials and they are there. but some prices are higher then local stores and lots highter than Walmart. I have to balance that with driving 90 miles.

So they lost your paperwork and did not give you free shipping.

Disappointing that they lost paperwork? Yes.

Should you expect free shipping? Probably not.

Was never impressed with Grice gun shop in how they treat customers. Been there several times.
I live close enough that I would give them a lot of my business if I liked the way I was treated but I give to other businesses that seem as though they care I'm at their business.

Never been there, read on the internet they have jerks for sales people. Must be true it is on the internet right. Nice review.

I have been shopping at Grices for better than 25 years. Always stop on the way to camp. Never had a bad experience. You do have to watch prices but that is the same with any business. 99% of the customers probably have no problems with any business including Grices. It is the other 1% that get all butthurt because they expect to much or do not have a clue as to what they are doing.

The best part was the owner refused to speak with me. Safe to say last thing I ever buy from them. Their customer service sucks
