remington 700 trigger

I was looking to get a remington 700 trigger and bolt assembly for a magnum caliber and was wondering what price sticker i was looking at and how easy they are to get, be cause i was looking at a barrel and wasnt sure if i should buy it.

if you mean how much for a complete action with a magnum boltface...I'd say $350 to $400 for one in good shape. You can always buy a complete gun, take off the barrel and stock and sell, then keep the action.

If you have an action for say a 30-06 and want to change to 300 Rum, etc. then you have a long action and can use the same bolt, just opening it with a little gunsmithing machining. And that trigger will work also.

It has been easier $ for me to buy a new m700 Sps and use that action, selling the new barrel and plastic stock on e-bay; than to buy a used m700.
