Did Santa bring anyone some new shooting toys?

I was wondering if Santa brought anyone any new guns or scopes we can discuss? I have enjoyed this forum lately hearing what others have going on and looking forward to hearing more!

No, but after a few decades of deliberation, I finally pulled the trigger on a military-style semi auto rifle. Went with a Riley Defense AK 47 knockoff. Reviews were all over the place, I called the owners and talked with them for a few minutes, I got a good feeling and they sound very customer oriented. I plan to use it for hog hunting and plinking, my understanding is that 154 grain shells are similar in ballistics to a .30-30 (at ranges less than 100 yards). Shells are cheap compared to most center-fire cartridges. I'm going to stay with open sites for now.

Catch & release is for guys who don't know how to cook

All I got this year was some cold, hard cash...not sure what I'm supposed to do with it since the wife usually gets it all!
