Ideas for Building a Shooting Gallery

I was thinking about building some sort of shooting gallery mainly for 22 cal. rifle or pistol shooting. Has anyone made one? I am looking for ideas. The Caldwell shootin gallery looks like it would be fun LINK but I would like to build my own setup. Anyone have any pictures or ideas?

Just thoughts.
If indoors you will need high cap ventilation to get the smoke and lead particles out of the air.

Most places use plate steel on a 30-40 degree slope to stop and deflect the bullets downward; into sand.

The NRA use to have plans for ranges and gallery, might be able to find some on the net (e-bay) or contact the NRA.

For $19.95 you get the whole book on CD. Seems a great investment if you are building a range indoor or outdoor.

CCI Ammo has a rebate for a rimfire spinner target. Buy two boxes of rimfire ammo and $3.95 for shipping you get a spinner target. You save about $12 if you get it this way instead of buying one outright.

I like that drop turn target on the parmarng link. I will definitely send for the NRA CD. I am looking at building something for outdoor use so I won't have to worry about ventilation.

outdoor, try to get a north facing range, no sun in your eyes in morning and evening.
