Fun .22

In the market for an inexpensive plinker .22 pistol.

I've got a good rifle and a Single Six for hunting with, just want .22 auto.

Don't want to spend a fortune on one.

A buddy of mine had a S&W that I liked. What else is out there?

Thanks in advance.

Not sure about pistol but I have a remington model 597 that me and my dad both like to shoot.

Hard to beat a Ruger semi, I have a .22/45 and really enjoy plinking with it.

Re: Fun .22

Ruger or smith are great little 22 auto pistols. Browning is also an inexpensive auto.

I like the Ruger a lot. Friend of mine has one that I love to shoot.

Re: Fun .22

I have a Browning Buckmark. It's a lot easier to take apart/put back together than the Ruger.

Re: Fun .22

Checked out several at the gun shop tonight.

Beretta Neos is OUT! Was not fond of the grip at all.
The Walther, Smith and Sig are out for the same reason.

I was fond of the Browning and the Ruger.

Got a little bit farther to go to have the $$ saved up for the gun.
