Air guns

I'm looking for a higher end air rifle for my 10 year old. Single stroke and it has to be light, like a Gamo, Crosman or any other quality brand, Hopefully under $150 bucks, any FPS over 650, thanks

Re: Air guns

I picked up the Gamo Big Cat for my sons 8th birthday in October. Cabelas does have them on sale once in awhile for less than $149.00.
It's a decent air gun that is light enough for him to handle. Powerfull enough to takedown some rodents!

Re: Air guns

Why do people come here and just have to post they violated the law? If people want to be scofflaws, they should keep it to themselves.

Re: Air guns

if you are looking for a "real thing" target quality air rifle check out the rebuilt daisys at odcmp.com. these are jrotc returns that are stripped, cleaned up, all new seals, then chronographed for factory level velocity. they come with a set of front inserts, a new rear sight, new sling, and a set of stock spacers. last time i checked $85. wholesale for new over $200. BARGAIN

Re: Air guns

I have a Gamo. It is fairly accurate to 30 yards. During the summer my son and I practice on squirrels(water bottles), chipmunks(those smaller pop cans), deer(light box)....and the ultimate prize...a gobblers head( golf ball).

Probably referring to me? Sorry but when a groundhog starts to dig holes under my shed, I will dispose of it the safest way possible. Tried the havaheart trap first with no luck, so I went to the pellet gun.

Re: Air guns

And you found it necessary to post that you violated the law, why?
