Moss 835 rifled barrel question

I have a rifled barrel for my Mossberg 835 pump that I've never used. I am thinking of using it next year when I am walking through the brush. Anyone shoot sabots from their 835 w/ a rifled barrel? If so, do they shoot well? What kind of groups do you get and at what distance? What kinds of sabots do you use? Thanks for any advice.

Re: Moss 835 rifled barrel question

Every firearm is different What works in your 835 may not group at all with mine. You gotta buy a couple brands and try. My buddy and me went in together and bought like 5 different brands a couple years go and we each shot a couple of each, worked out great our guns each liked different flavors. Hope this helps ya

Guns are like socks you can never have enough
