plastic in rifleing in my slug gun

I have a Mossberg 835 with a canalever slug barrel. This year I couldn't get it group hardly at all. I looked down the barrel and notice wad plastic in the grooves. My question....how in the world do you get the plastic out? any help would be great.thanks

I think Otis makes a plastic solvent. I've yet to have that happen to my 870 and I shoot alot of slugs, I run a bore snake down the tube every two shots to keep fouling to a minimum and when I'm done shooting a scrub it really really good with hopped and swab the bore with paper towels.
