Re: HSM Ammo?

Buy yourself some BERGER bullets, the ones in the fl. orange container and shoot away!! Their usually around the $45-50 a 100 price range..you'd achieve almost the same thing with Sierra MKG bullets and keep a few bucks in your wallet..they you'll need a range from 500 yards to 1000 to really see the difference between those long skinny high BC bullets and standard hunting ones..It's not magical!! And you can easily do what "Best in the West" does with your own rifle, a paper and pencil and some extra cash to buy those types of bullets.. NO MAGIC TO IT!!

Re: HSM Ammo?

HVEL. never used it. prices look decent. I see Cabelas now carries it. I doubt it would be bad if Cabelas sells it.

Sometime the discount remanufactured stuff works well in one gun but not another. If you are looking for revolver re-manufactured stuff most work good. Some autos are picky.
I shoot re-manufactured ammo in my 38 but not my 9mm.

Let us know what it is like if you buy some.

Actually they are sold in 100 packs, making them cheaper then many other bullets. I love them. But only if you reload.

I've not used the HSM Ammo, but the Berger Bullets are A+ in my book.
