Its a Spanish gun from the late 60's into the 70's.
Victor Saraqueta was the man, the " Felix" stamp on your gun was the importing company. There were three major importers of those guns, Felix among them.
They were made in Eibar Spain, part of the famous region referred to as the the " Valley of the Guns", ( Ie the song Seven Spanish Angels )
Very good in quality and nice handling. They are not very valueable, they made gazzillions of them.
